Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Launch AI Jam (“we”, “us”), available at launchaijam.com. By using the site, submitting a tool, or buying a paid plan, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Launch AI Jam is operated by Parth Tiwari, a sole proprietor based in India. You can reach us at parth@launchaijam.com or via our contact page.

2. What we provide

Launch AI Jam is a directory and launch platform for AI tools. Anyone can browse listings and vote for free. Makers can submit a tool for a free permanent listing, and can optionally buy a paid plan for additional promotion. Paid plans are described on our pricing page.

3. Your account

• You need an account to submit tools, vote, or comment. Accounts are created via Google sign-in.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.
• You must provide accurate information, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

4. Submissions and content

You keep ownership of everything you submit (your tool name, description, logo, links and any other content). By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and promote that content on Launch AI Jam and in our newsletter and social posts, for as long as your listing is live.

You confirm that:

• You have the right to submit the content and to grant this licence.
• The content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
• Your listing accurately describes the tool, and isn't misleading about what it does, its pricing, or who made it.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Depending on the payment method you choose, you may be charged the equivalent amount in Indian rupees (via Razorpay) or in US dollars (via PayPal). Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion or fees, which we don't control.

We may run promotional pricing from time to time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

6. Delivery

Different parts of a paid plan are delivered at different times:

• Immediately: your listing goes live, along with homepage placement, priority ranking, the dofollow backlink, and the verified maker badge.
• Manually, within a few business days: the Founder Audit video review and written action plan, the dedicated blog review post, social media posts, and the newsletter or email blast. These are produced by a person, so exact timing varies.

If something we promised hasn't arrived, email us and we'll sort it out or refund you under our refund policy.

7. Refunds

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit tools that are illegal, malicious, deceptive, or that distribute malware.
• Submit content that is hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• Manipulate votes, reviews or rankings, including with fake or automated accounts.
• Scrape, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your association with a product.

9. Editorial discretion

We may edit, decline, delay or remove any listing, review or comment at our discretion, including where it breaks these terms or where we can't verify the product. If we remove a paid listing for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund you.

Rankings and upvotes reflect community activity. Paying does not buy upvotes or reviews, only placement and promotion as described on the pricing page.

10. Third-party tools and links

Listings link to third-party websites and products we don't operate or control. We don't endorse them and we aren't responsible for them. Check any tool's own terms and privacy policy before using it or sharing data with it.

11. No guaranteed results

We'll promote your tool as described in your plan, but we can't guarantee any particular outcome, such as a specific number of visitors, sign-ups, customers, search rankings, or press coverage. The Founder Audit is our honest professional opinion and advice; it isn't a guarantee that your conversion rate will improve, and it isn't legal, financial or investment advice.

12. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Launch AI Jam is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
